Attendance records from Access Control System or Time Recording System can be downloaded to Achiever HRMS for verification with generated rosters. Overtime, early leave, work late, or no paid leave can be calculated by the system. Users may check and approve individual record. Relevant leave records or time & attendance payments will be transferred to Leave or Payroll module respectively. What's more, a variety of reports are created for easy checking and managerial consideration purpose.
Administer payroll process is no longer a hectic problem. Our system facilitate greater viability and flexibility in handling employee payrolls. Just simply input data into the payroll module, it will automatically generate pay run for a defined pay schedule. Leave adjustments & deductions, overtime and miscellaneous payments will be integrated into the payroll system and calculated precisely. Adjustments on pay items and periodic payments such as year end bonus or quarterly special bonus can be arranged through the system. After consolidating the pay run, users may produce a diskette and submit to bank for auotpay process.
Taxation module enables users to generate taxation forms automatically with minimal manpower and time required. Adjustments can be manipulated in order to extend flexibility in handling taxation documents. You may produce the computerized taxation forms into a diskette for submission.
